Dr. Czajka earned her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University, and subsequently taught Research Methodology and Statistics on the Faculty of Seton Hall University. At Seton Hall, Dr. Czajka also supervised doctoral students in their dissertation work, and as Research Director of the Cognitive Behavioral Institute of Albuquerque she continues to provide methodological consultation to doctoral candidates and others involved in psychological research and psychometrics. Dr. Czajka also oversees all research projects conducted at the Institute.
