Laura R. Silberstein, Psy.D.
Dr. Silberstein completed her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Albert Einstein School of Medicine in New York. Having served as a clinician at the American Institute for Cognitive Therapy with Dr. Robert Leahy in Manhattan, Dr. Silberstein also received advanced training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy with Marsha Linehan. Dr. Silberstein's original research into the relationships between Mindfulness and emotional attitudes has been featured in national and international scientific conferences. As a Postdoctoral Fellow of the Cognitive Behavioral Institute of Albuquerque, Dr. Silberstein practices under the supervision of the Institute's Director, Bradford C.
