Laura R. Silberstein, Psy.D.
Dr. Silberstein completed her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Albert Einstein School of Medicine in New York, and is a Licensed Psychologist in New Mexico. Having served as a clinician at the American Institute for Cognitive Therapy with Dr. Robert Leahy in Manhattan, Dr. Silberstein also received advanced training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy with Marsha Linehan. Dr. Silberstein's original research into the relationships between Mindfulness and emotional attitudes has been featured in national and international scientific conferences.
