Position Opening for Senior Licensed Psychologist

The Cognitive Behavioral Institute of Albuquerque, LLC has an opening for a Full-time Licensed Psychologist with an established specialty in Cognitive Behavior Therapy.  The ideal candidate will possess a Ph.D. from an APA accredited doctoral program in Clinical Psychology, will be licensed in at least one state, and will be license-eligible in New Mexico.  The successful candidate must demonstrate a primary career interest in providing evidence-based psychotherapy.

The institute offers full-time clerical and administrative support, allowing our clinicians to focus fully on clinical issues and enhancement of expertise in CBT.  Weekly case conferences and didactic seminars utilize therapy video recordings, guest lecturers, and video teleconferencing.  Each psychologist has his or her own private office, computer with high-speed internet, phone, video recording system, and access to the institute fitness room.  Compensation is based on level of experience and level of credentialing in the specialty of CBT.

The institute is committed to a high level of professional collegial support, therefore the successful candidate must demonstrate the ability and commitment to collaborate as a member of a highly supportive skill-building team.

To apply for the position, simply forward a current copy of your CV to Bradford C. Richards, Ph.D., ABPP, Director and Supervising Psychologist, at br@cogtherapy.com.  Cover letters and references are not required.  Candidates qualifying for further consideration will be contacted by the institute within four weeks of their CV submission.  Interviews at 2010 ABCT in San Francisco can be arranged.  Skype video interviews are also available.
